Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The location couldn't have been better with the Cathedral, shops, cafes, and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were great, overlooking the square, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The dining experience was good overall, even though it got a bit crowded during breakfast. The facilities were top-notch, and I truly enjoyed my time there.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were beautifully decorated with colorful cornices, but unfortunately, the noise of the dustbins being emptied at 3 am every night was a major drawback. The location was excellent for exploring the charming city of Seville, but the dining experience left something to be desired with a few mediocre dishes. Overall, it was a stay with both positives and negatives to consider.
The hotel offers spacious rooms overlooking a side street, although a bit too warm for comfort. The rooms are remarkably large compared to other hotels I've stayed in. The service, while friendly, may not meet all expectations, possibly due to cultural differences. The location couldn't be better for both shopping and sightseeing, being very convenient and close to major attractions. The dining experience varies from amazing to limited choices; make sure to book in advance for a great meal. The hotel's facilities ensure a comfortable stay with various services available.
I couldn't have asked for a better stay! The rooms were extremely spacious and decorated with an English feel, very clean, and elegantly furnished with air conditioning, offering a delightful view of the plaza nueva. The service was top-notch, with a friendly and helpful team that handled our broken Spanish and English with kindness. The location was superb, comfy, with amazing views of the city, perfect accessibility to touristic monuments, and central Seville within walking distance. The dining experience served tasty and fresh dishes, representing a varied selection, although some items seemed a bit old. Overall, a fantastic place with just a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making for a marvelous experience. However, I was slightly disturbed during the night by waste collections. The service was excellent, with incredibly friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect for exploring the city, with convenient access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The dining options were very good with a considerable choice, but some dishes were only served warm.
